The role

· The HR specialist implements the human resource management, talent policy application and foreign staff related work, to meet the needs of the development of the Centre.

HR专员负责人力资源管理、人才政策申请和外专工作,以满足研究院发展的需求。

Responsibilities

· Be responsible for the implementation of human resource management system, including recruitment, induction, insurance, training, performance evaluation, dismissal, contract renewal, etc.负责人力资源管理制度的实施,包括招聘、入职、保险、培训、绩效考核、辞退、合同续签等。

· Take charge of labor contract declaration to relevant government agencies and manage human resources benefit administration, including the staff social insurance and housing fund.

负责向政府相关部门申报劳动合同,管理人力资源福利管理,包括员工社会保险和住房公积金。

  • Maintain and update employee files and HR system.

维护更新员工档案和人事系统。

· Know all kinds of talent policies, support employees to apply for talent plans, and assist in the implementation of talent policies.

了解各类人才政策,支持员工申请人才计划,协助人才政策的实施。

· Responsible for the work related to foreign staff, including application for foreigner work permit, visa, residence permit, etc. And assist foreign visitors to apply for visa.

负责外籍工作人员的相关工作,包括外国人工作证、签证、居留证等的申请,协助外籍访问者办理签证。

· Organise annual physical examination, purchase medical supplementary insuranceand care about the needs of employees to live and work in peace and contentment.

组织年度体检,购买医疗补充保险,关心员工安居乐业的需求。

· Assist general manager in other HR related work.

协助总经理做好其他人事相关工作。

Selection criteria

Essential

· Bachelor’s degree of Human Resource

人力资源管理专业本科。

· Be familiar with the Labour Law and other HR related laws and foreign staff related regulations.

熟悉《劳动法》及其他人力资源相关法律法规和外籍员工相关规定。

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English.

具备良好的中英文书面和口语能力。

· Ability to interpret, apply and communicate regulations and procedures.

解释、应用和交流规章和程序的能力。

· The ability to work independently and to organise events and make administrative arrangements.

独立工作,组织活动和行政安排的能力。

Desirable

· HR working experience in foreign company or university.

外企或外国大学的人力资源管理工作经验。
